Chicken Drumettes Platter
Calafia method of preparing drumettes is unlike any other.
First we sous vide our drumettes, then they are made crispy for only moments in hot oil. Then we apply one of the flavors you desire, which are; Teryiaki, Spicy BBQ or Chef Charlies favorite “ Google Style” which is spicy. Teryiaki comes with additional teryiaki dipping sauce, BBQ comes with Black Peppercorn Ranch and Google Style comes with Blue Cheese Bacon Dipping Sauce
